Production: 900–1,100 bottles/hour (0.33- and 0.5-liter bottles), capping heads: 1, number of filling valves: 10, power: 1.5 kW, overall dimensions: 2,000 x 1,200 x 2,200 mm. Ideal for beer and soft drinks, the filling system operates by gravity. The machine is equipped with filling taps and a capping head for crown caps, with automatic cap dispensing via a hopper located at the top of the capper. It is constructed of AISI-304 stainless steel and protected by a CE-compliant enclosure, with automatic machine shutdown if the doors are opened. It includes bottle transport via a stainless steel hinged chain, with a gearmotor for traction and a mechanical speed variator operated by a handwheel. The filling tank, located at the top of the machine, is equipped with an automatic product inlet valve controlled by maximum and minimum level sensors.
