Manufacturer: Böhnke Luckau Model: STR 500 Year: 2019 Remarks: Chocolate and sugar extruder: Never used. Special screen with 1.4 mm holes. Capacity approx. 80–150 kg/hr. For processing chocolate and sugar strands with diameters ranging from 0.9 to 3.0 mm. The extruder is manually fed by an operator outside the mixing and kneading bowl. The specially designed extrusion rollers press the dough through a specially reinforced extrusion screen.
