Therefore, the Gaoda machine is easy to transport, move, and install. It offers stable, efficient, and high-precision performance. PLC digital control and servo control technology significantly improve the speed and precision of the paper tube. The constant tension adjustment mechanism for the inner paper layer enhances the stability and quality of the tube. The protection function against interruptions, jams, and tube loss allows a single person to operate multiple machines. The straw collector belt separates the end of the paper tube with straws effectively and neatly. Thanks to the automatic mechanisms, labor costs are reduced. The paper straw making machine uses at least two paper strips. The machine must perform the following tasks: place the paper strips on the support, glue them on both sides using the gluing unit, roll and glue the strips to form paper tubes using the main motor, cut and trim at high speed to cut the tubes into paper straws, automatically remove the ends via a conveyor belt, complete the collection of the paper straws, etc. The machine uses a three-phase, four-wire 380 V AC power supply with a rated frequency of 50–60 Hz. The maximum power is 6.5 kW. Main power line: aluminum cable ≥6 mm²; copper cable ≥4 mm². Voltage fluctuation must be maintained between +5% and -5%. If necessary, use a three-phase voltage regulator.
