It has an approximate capacity of 70 to 80 parts per minute (depending on the component) and incorporates various monitoring options (temperature, part height and type, rotation, etc.). The parts are transported from a conveyor belt via a steeply inclined belt to a linear sorter, where they are separated and transferred to an 8-position indexing table with 2 nests per station. It is connected to a 50 kW high-frequency generator from IDEA, which provides additional monitoring functions (energy consumption, ground fault monitoring, inductor water flow and temperature, etc.). The system has its own cooling water tank, from which the parts are removed via a magnetic conveyor belt. Subsequently, the parts are demagnetized. The cooling medium is filtered using a cartridge filter. The system and the generator are designed for connection to a central cooling system.
