Motorized unwinder with splicing table and roll splicing detector. UV lamps for film sterilization. Anti-static bars in front of and behind the film. Anti-drip nozzles for each product type. Ramp system with reject and auxiliary reject conveyor. Inclined front exit conveyor with funnel. Complete CIP cleaning system (standalone CIP unit with two tanks and HMI screen for autonomous operation) + manifolds, hoses, and CIP program.
