Year 2012–2018 Notes Brewery equipment Complete equipment for brewing, fermentation, and maturation of beer, with a capacity to produce 1,000-liter batches. The brewhouse and fermenters are Czech-made and date from 2012, while the maturation tanks were produced in 2018 in the Netherlands. All equipment has been in operation to date without any issues. The machinery consists of the following inventory: 1. Brewing system, composed of a mash tun, kettle, and whirlpool. 2. Steam generator. 3. Plate heat exchanger. 4. Hot water tank. 5. Reverse osmosis system. 6. (4) 1,250-liter fermenters. 7. (5) 500-liter horizontal maturation tanks
