Manufacturer: OLMA. Notes: Complete production line for welded pipe manufacturing (round, square, and rectangular tubes). The line includes profiling, feeding, unloading, high-frequency welding, and tooling. It consists of a tube forming rolling mill with six vertical and six horizontal profiling towers, as well as a tube sizing rolling mill with four vertical and four horizontal profiling towers, along with a feeding and unloading system. It also includes a 200 kW welding unit from GH Industrial, as well as a tube welding module comprising tube closing equipment and an automatic deburring process, along with cooling for the same. It also features a continuous galvanizing system for the weld using a zinc spray gun. It features an automatic disc cutter system, burr-free with leadscrew feed and automatic cutting control, as well as automatic dual-conveyor unloading. Along with the welded pipe line, sets of rollers are supplied for the following round tube sizes: 20/25/28/30/32/38/40/42/45/48/50/55/60/65/77 mm, as well as the rollers and mandrels (8 units) for the manufacture of square and rectangular tubes in sizes corresponding to these round tubes.
