Total area 4000 m2 Active detail Year: of construction: 2019 Plot: 4000 m2 Built area: 1646 m2 Distribution: Upper floor: 162 m2 offices Ground floor: 162 m2 offices + 1322 m2 warehouse The warehouse is divided into: Cutting area, 3 refrigerated chambers, central corridor, packaging area, processing area, quick freezing tunnel, freezer, finishing room, cleaning and washing area, unloading area, reserve storage, waste storage, changing rooms and bathrooms, demonstration and testing room. Industrial panels for refrigerated rooms using different thicknesses: • For positive temperature rooms, intended for refrigeration and meat maturation. • For negative temperature rooms, intended for freezing. Refrigeration installations: two refrigeration units, one to preserve meat products at medium temperatures (between 0 and 2ºC), and another for higher temperatures (between 10 and 12ºC). Installations with several speed variators for the compressors of each refrigeration unit and for the condenser fans, to guarantee optimal temperature at all times.
