Consists of: 1. “BrewGold 500” beer wort production machine, which uses malted grains to produce cold wort ready for fermentation. Capacity: 500 liters of fermentable wort. Comprising 3 tanks: a mash tun (500 L), a hot water tank (600 L), and a boil tank (600 L), all supported by two recirculation systems, a solids separator, and a plate heat exchanger with a 730 L tank for water or glycol. The system is supported and controlled by a Schneider PLC system via a touchscreen panel for process control, recipes, etc. Two double-walled stainless steel chimneys (D.150) are required for the extraction of combustion gases, and another (D.80) for the steamed wort during boiling. Energy sources: Natural gas / city gas for processing and electricity. 1.5 kW, 400 VAC. Dimensions: 3,200 x 2,800 x 2,500 mm (L x W x H).
