Notes: Beer brewing equipment with a production capacity of up to 500 liters per batch and a storage capacity of up to 2,000 liters, resulting in a total production capacity of up to 2,000 liters every 3–4 weeks, depending on the type of beer and its fermentation process. - 500-liter brewing kettle with a built-in burner beneath the kettle that connects to city gas or a gas fuel tank. - Mashing kettle with grate and rotating mechanism. - Transfer kettle and cooling equipment (whirlpool) for cooling with built-in and protected jacket plus Alfa Laval TL3 heat exchanger. - Basic filtration system integrated into the piping (for cloudy beer) plus an external filtration system that can be connected to the network for clearer filtration. All equipment is connected entirely via stainless steel pipes (fixed parts) that are removable, meaning hoses are not used in most of the brewing process. - Four settling and fermentation tanks connected by stainless steel piping, with discharge of hop residues, yeast, and other sediment from the bottom of the tank to produce a clear beer. - One movable 500-liter tank on wheels that can be used for storage. - Two liquid transfer pumps (one connected to the equipment’s fixed piping and another loose backup pump) plus one stainless steel barrel for backup in case of the need to transfer via flexible hoses. - Electrical ignition system (still to be dismantled). - Filling machines, hoses, and other equipment necessary for keg filling (currently dismantled and in storage).
