Manufacturer: Recalor SA Year: 1985 (refurbished in 2008) Remarks: Trommel - wood dryer Composed of: 1) Product inlet box with a 1.5 kW sprocket wheel 2) Drum 2600 mm in diameter x 10000 mm with roller rings and toothed ring with corresponding rollers, roller rings, and transport and lifting plates inside. Also includes the drum drive with an 11 kW gearbox and pinion. 3) Output box with a 1.5 kW sprocket wheel 4) Fan for gas extraction 5) Piping and cyclones with stainless steel chimney. Operating data: • Inlet temperature: About 190°C / 200°C • Outlet temperature: Approx. 160 °C • Initial moisture: 60–65 % • Final moisture: 45–50 % • Wood capacity: 280 m³/day. Operating 24 hours.
